Lyn Distributing warrants to the original purchaser that its new products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of the original shipment to end user. Any new product found to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced ( at Lyn Distributing's option) without charge to the original purchaser when returned with proof of purchase to Lyn Distributing with transportation prepaid and insured. All implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 12- month express warranty period specified above. This warranty is void if: (1) if product has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or installation, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. All returned goods require an R_A_# issued by Lyn Distributinge. Claims for shortages or errors must be made within 10 days of receipt. Freight damages or shortages must be noted when merchandise is received, and claim filed with the freight carrier.
